Another four more paint cycles are in addition to the previous two approved cycles.

They are the UHS series 50 acrylic cycle on epoxy and acrylic primer and the UHS series 67 polyurethane cycle on the same two primers.

Certification is renewed on the DTM series 57 cycle, after the improvements made on the formula.

The proven durability and quality performances of SIRO painting cycles has been accredited to qualified external laboratories, in order to certify them to international ISO standards.

Please note that the C4-M classification obtained covers a big range of applications, both as industrial sectors that supports.

Durability is not a “guarantee of duration”, but is an indication (of duration) that can help you build a reliable maintenance program.

The tests performed for this level of certification include the duration of exposure in salt spray test for 480 hours and in a continuous condensation environment of 240 hours. For these last cycles, the tests in salt spray  have continued up to 720 hours, with a positive final result, which defines the level of resistance for the DTM 57.1, and the acrylic 50.1. and polyester 67.1, in class C4H (HIGH durability class). This indicates a seal of the products is high than the limit (C4M) set as references for this range.
